You corporate should give proper training to your employees, I always buy a Large hot Machiatto WITH CREAM, in all DD even in this place but today the lady cashier told me she cannot do it because the machine will blow up... unbelievable!!!!!!!!She didn't even try to sell something

I would totally suggest, please, to put the outlets under the counter and not next to the recycle. Because, some people come with their laptops and need somewhere to plug it, that's all. Thanks

Order a bagel with cream cheese ( light ) I specifically said very light and the cashier tells the one making the sandwiches “ double cream cheese “ how you go from light light cream cheese to double cream cheese . The language barrier is off the wall . After I corrected the cashier they became irate and rude . If I am paying for something I have the right to complain

Before renovating it, people there were nice it was OK but now they're so rude, they're talking and joking between them all the time and they don't pay attention to what the customer is saying. I order for a cold brew and they lost my order, instead of apologizing they just were so rude about it. Not coming back here again. I prefer going to the colombian cafes, people there are friendly and nice.
