Kindly asked for them to fixed my order and was willing to pay extra since I ordered through the app and both ladies went off on me telling me there is nothing they can do about it at first then said “you have money I’ll fix it” with a disgusting attitude as if there were busy but no she was just leaning over the donuts looking around. Coffee was bitter. Don’t know if I’ll order from here again.

I can say it is the Worst Dunkin' in Ny!! They are always lost and have no idea what they are doing!! It is not the first, nor the second nor the third, but it is the only DD near my work. They don't understand English or Spanish and they always get confused!! It seems like they did it ON PURPOSE bro!! It’s doesn’t matter if it’s with the app or in person, it’s the same sht! Someone Help Us and change all the staff if it's possible pls! Ty!!
