Great place to stop on my trip to pick up my wife right on my route. Staff were awesome, and quick at getting my order ready. Definately will stop here again.

This place is horrible. They’re always short staffed. They’re always out of everything, they don’t do refunds, only exchanges even if they don’t have ANYTHING you like. Staff here changes every week and 1/20 workers will be someone descent who can handle making 2 orders at once. I’ve been coming here for years and every other time there is something wrong with the order. So disappointed in Dunkin’ Donuts for having a place like this

SLOWEST DUNKIN IN EXISTENCE. its excruciatingly painful watching the lady take 10min to take my order, and another 10 to make a small coffee. Even when you're the only one in the store, you still wait an obnoxiously long time before youre asked what you would like. Maybe this is a staffing issue. Many dunkins have at least 2 workers, but there is always only 1 lady present here.

This is not the same avocado toast that they used to sell… the size of the bread is quite small and it is not toasted. They have spoiled the product.

I always come by here when I need to catch the bus for work and thats usually only 4 days a week. I always order my bagel cream cheese and caramell latte w/ 6 pumps and almon milk. Every other day I go to the other DD but I only look forward to coming to this one on sat and sun because of the nice hispanic people who work there as they always get my order done fast. I only know one of them from when she used to have the cute colored highlights and shes always nice to me, always has my order ready and makes it good but the other people who work there on thursdays and fridays take too long to make my order. On those days I like the small chinese girl working there because shes quick. If I could give .5 then Ill give this store 3.5 stars but I can deal with 4 because of the people on sat and sun.
