Omg where do I begin? My first bad experience was receiving a horrible iced coffee that tasted like it was loaded with chemicals. I vented my frustrations on Twitter & long story short I received a free coffee & sandwich thanks to the manager. That kind of help the situation. After that I continued to go and receive mistake after mistake after mistake via the drive through. And with every mistake I'd email the manager with pictures of my receipt & the wrong order.
