Well, all I could say is I always come here during my break hour and I sit and have a frozen mocha and a Boston crème donut on the side. The people there are always so kind to me and they always get my stuff fast easy and quick and it never fails to impress me that they always do exactly what you want them to do. They are also very clean and make sure to clean each table after a customer is done which not much places do so kudos to them if I had to describe this in words, I would say the most outstanding experience ever and I always go back. I will always keep coming back. Thank you for being such an amazing place to relax after a hard shift.

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I order 15 minutes ahead at 5:00AM and my order is never even started before I get there. Meanwhile I’m the only customer and the only order on the monitor. The morning guy is nonchalant and doesn’t care that other people have jobs too. Three times I’ve had to leave without getting my food or I would’ve missed my train. Dunkin is taking there time about giving me my money back because I don’t want any points. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of service. I don’t recommend anyone go there.

I went in for coffee with my dad. As I’m pulling up my rewards app and it’s taking a few extra seconds to load Mohammad (the worker) was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Mind you there was no other customer.

This place has improved so much since the last time I've been here. I came here a year ago or so and my experience was just horrible, the employees were rude and slow, the bathroom was so dirty, I just held it in. I couldn't even eat or sit in the dining area because of the homeless people. I came to this Dunkin' again recently and it has completely changed for the better. The store was so clean; I was actually able to use the bathroom this time. The service quality has definitely improved, now when you go upstairs to eat there's no homeless people or foul stench anymore, AND they play music so you can sit up there all day and just relax. I think they're under new management or I don't know what they're doing but this Dunkin' has really turned over a new leaf, I hope they continue doing what they're doing because the store is just spectacular now!

I just went in and waited in line to order my food and when I was ordering the mini bagels the guy asked me if I wanted plain or everything however I wasn’t able to hear him the first time around because I’m hard of hearing but he just rudely with an attitude and yelling at me shouted it again never coming here again with that nasty attitude that manager has not even sorry for that

The worst DD/BR I’ve ever been to. First time I went, they served me ice cream that was 💯 melted, second time I went they didn’t have mint chocolate chip, and this most recent trip, the guy actively avoided me for 8 full min and then finally when I ordered he told me there was no ice cream… there was a full tub. I just walked out. Unbelievable.
I don’t know if they hate the early shifts or something which is understandably but just cause you hate your job doesn’t mean you take your sweet time getting orders ready when there’s a lot of people. 6am and some lady with glasses is too slow, doesn’t consider the fact that people have jobs too. Order ahead at 6am got my order at 6:25. Almost 30 minutes…… the manager there needs to tell her to move along because I’m sure on the application it says fast place facility. Thankfully the manager or whoever she is helped me as the girl with glasses walks off without finishing what she started.

Get your coffee any where else but this location!!! There horrible, the staff messes up the coffee all the time, they never get the order correct and then when u ask them to fix it they give you horrible attitude. Not a service worth paying for. Go to anywhere else for your coffee or you will have same experience.
