Ok, where should I begin? 🤔 Cashier had a grimace, impolite, and gossipy. Cashier said new owner charges $1 for ice. I ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice. (Under $3.95, usually). Cashier complains to me the customer about new owner not having supplies of cups, my order needs smaller cups, but only have big cups so needs to charge me more over $5.50 to fill it with more ice. ?! Why should I pay for their lapse? And for ice? I did NOT go there to buy ice, but COFFEE. Did NOT need the bullshit of the rest. The order took 4 minutes, the refund took 16 minutes, total wasted time 21 minutes. My order was also made wrong. So I went to a Korean bakery few blocks down ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice-$1.79 + tax: services with a smile, with the correct order and NO charge for extra shot NO charge for ICE!
America might be run on Dunkin oce but now.... running away from Dunkin, very soon. Word of mouth spreads like Wildfire! Good service is priceless.

This is the worse Dunkin ever! The morning cashier was so rude. Only the aunty making the hot food was nice & polite. The manager seems racist against Muslims!! Go to the Dunkin on main st/roosevelt. They have friendly nice staff :)

The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time
