If there can be put 0star I will. There employees are awful and rude. I am not recommend any customers to come this store. I come this store almost 8years and I am not come back again never. They make mistakes all the time and rude. I order large iced coffee and when I pick up they give me medium size and I said it’s wrong, they just change the large cup to put more ice ! Are you kidding me? They work the thing all the time and they give some wrong things put another customer charges. I hate this people work this community. Please don’t come to this store!!!

The other day I ordered an iced coffee. There's a new guy who's training. He put his fingers in the coffee. I told the girl who works there that he's doing that. I don't know if they'll take that out, but I think it's really disgusting.

We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. Would always prefer to pick up from this place even if it’s a little further. Kudos to the staff!!

Ok, where should I begin? 🤔 Cashier had a grimace, impolite, and gossipy. Cashier said new owner charges $1 for ice. I ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice. (Under $3.95, usually). Cashier complains to me the customer about new owner not having supplies of cups, my order needs smaller cups, but only have big cups so needs to charge me more over $5.50 to fill it with more ice. ?! Why should I pay for their lapse? And for ice? I did NOT go there to buy ice, but COFFEE. Did NOT need the bullshit of the rest. The order took 4 minutes, the refund took 16 minutes, total wasted time 21 minutes. My order was also made wrong. So I went to a Korean bakery few blocks down ordered my usual double shot of Espresso on ice-$1.79 + tax: services with a smile, with the correct order and NO charge for extra shot NO charge for ICE!
America might be run on Dunkin oce but now.... running away from Dunkin, very soon. Word of mouth spreads like Wildfire! Good service is priceless.

This is the worse Dunkin ever! The morning cashier was so rude. Only the aunty making the hot food was nice & polite. The manager seems racist against Muslims!! Go to the Dunkin on main st/roosevelt. They have friendly nice staff :)
