If I could give it zero stars I would. The people in here are sloppy, don't manage payments well. I paid for my meal and they wanted to tell me I didn't pay. They can never get their service right.
The WORSE The worst experience, they treat people as they want, they don't want to take orders if they don't want everyone to pay at the machine and it takes about 30 minutes to attend and deliver the order

I use the kiosk here when I go but majority of the time the workers won’t even look at my order for 5-10 minutes. The workers are trying their best but there needs to be more people on staff for this location..too many orders for them to handle with only 2 people

Whoever franchised this location and do the management needs to be replaced. How could you have one person working with serving 10 people. Poor lady. It’s not her fault, it’s whoever managing this place.

Just gross all around. They didn’t have bagels after I created an order on my phone. They give me a croissant instead because they couldn’t cancel and the food tasted so gross. Even the avocado toast tasted spoiled and sour. I also ordered hash browns and i asked for ketchup and the staff told me it’s in the bag. It wasn’t. The reviews are real. Save your money. Don’t go here.

Disgusting establishment and rude service. The staff did not check my receipt to give me the right order. The same woman cooked muffins and bagels on the same tray with a bacon sandwich. Staff needs customer service training

They have a new ordering kiosk which I used to order bc the two employees here were too busy fulfilling orders to take orders at the register. I ordered a dunkalatte only to later find out they're out of coffee milk and the kiosk doesn't reflect inventory. For my $6 all i got was a regular iced latte. None of the dunkins I've been to even have the coffee milk. At least put a sign on the door so I don't pay dbl the price for an iced latte :/

I was going to go in and prove customers wrong that the place was actually good but.. yeah no.
I was craving donuts since I havent had them for half a year.
Don't buy here. Not sure if they switch staff or not, but the person working in the front was managing money, this means touching money, the coins, which are dirty.
Why would this matter? Well they didn't put on gloves afterwards. They handed my food to me without gloves. Made my food without gloves..
I was already regretting my decision of ordering but since I had the food, I just ate it.
It tasted stale.. the donuts were stale, the glaze on them were like pieces..
The tables were decently clean at least?
But overall I don't recommend getting donuts here

This store is always out of something when I order it. I ordered frozen coffee through the app and when I got there they tell me there is no coffee when literally someone just ordered coffee. They also make mistakes with the drinks I ordered the peach sparkle energy drink and the drink I got had no sparkling water just regular water with the syrup would've gone back to complain if I didn't walk far. This is so obnoxious!!!!

After years of coming to this place they finally hired or put someone who is Dunkin worthy employee. Thank you Julie for an excellent customer service!
