It's just a tiny one, doesn't feel as welcoming as any other coffee shop around. But it's cheap and quick, so there's some good things for sure

I wouldn’t eat food from this location this is a health hazard especially in flushing. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts cooperate sees this review as we want something done about it. The video below shows a delivery at 1am in flushing the driver is alone with the store key. He is making a delivery from a box truck that has no sealed truck gate in the back, the carts used to transport the donuts were covered with compactor trash bags not the mention the carts are not sealed so the disgusting flushing air gets blown into your donuts an people are buying this not knowing how it was handled. Food should be delicately delivered if your selling to the public and at 1am the drivers safety should be a concern because we live in a crazy city. Dunkin’ Donuts you guys have to better

Ordered an iced cappuccino. It was basically half a shot of espresso and the rest milk. All the drinks served before me looked the same. Tons of milk, hardly any brew. They basically: A. don't want to wait for the espresso machine to finish pouring. B. think they're saving money by using more milk (which is actually more $$) C. are just plain lazy.

Don't come here, there's another Dunkin in Flushing that's better. The service sucks, if you order online or on the kiosk they won't make your order until you tell them to and you'll just have to repeat your entire order again. Their sparkling drinks aren't sparkling either.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The people in here are sloppy, don't manage payments well. I paid for my meal and they wanted to tell me I didn't pay. They can never get their service right.
The WORSE The worst experience, they treat people as they want, they don't want to take orders if they don't want everyone to pay at the machine and it takes about 30 minutes to attend and deliver the order

I use the kiosk here when I go but majority of the time the workers won’t even look at my order for 5-10 minutes. The workers are trying their best but there needs to be more people on staff for this location..too many orders for them to handle with only 2 people
