If I can, I will definitely not go to this restaurant again. The staff has a bad attitude, the food is terrible, and the coffee is completely different from what I asked for.

Came in and ordered a iced coffee and two glazed donuts and this is what the lady gave me. This Dunkin is the absolute worst in the area. Always a line , unstaffed, and always gets your orders wrong, if you do come here check your order before you leave. It started raining and my infant son was crying so I left with out checking. SMH very pissed

This Dunkin’ donuts is so unsanitary and when i ordered sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese they denied me because they just “cleaned” the machine and when I was waiting to order the man inside was just taking their time cleaning the coffee machine and I waited 5+ minutes for them to even come to the counter. Don’t Recommend !!!

Clean space and the online orders usually are fast. The food it sometimes stale though & customer service is okay.

Looks messy in here. They also don't listen to order details. Garbage is always overflowing. The staff isn't very friendly. Also, the egg on my bagel sandwich was not fully cooked! ?

WORST! Today I went in to get my coffee and iced tea. I had a free offer of iced tea when I buy mobile order. For this part I do admit I did it wrong so I just paid for my coffee and ice tea. But I had a lemon loaf bread free offer. However, when I asked the worker about it he said scan it. So I let him scan my barcode. But the bread was charged. I explained to him it should be free, and asked if this was right? The workers talked btw themselves and this time female worker charged my phone (scanned barcode again) and ugh I was charged AGIAN. First of all, THEY DON"T UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM ASKING. If it is hard to communicate with the workers how can I even go in and ask questions regarding all the good offers dunkin has? Secondly, I did get my money back after having the worker call the manager, which was helpful cuz she understood my problem when I explained. But when I was about to leave the guy started saying if you have problem with my service go somewhere else. How unprofessional is that? My mom and he did have an arguemennt, but at the end the female worker was helping us, not him. He was standing at least couple feet away from the three of us. But why just jump in the conversation and tell me to never come back?? I have been a local ever since they opened the store there. I live so close I go couple times a week, but after this guy started working here there were lot of communication issues. At least train your employees so that they can UNDERSTAND what the customer is trying to ask and say.
