The man working tonight Friday 12/12/25 around 5:30pm would not let me use the restroom even though I told him I would buy food and drink. I asked him why and he began yelling at me. That experience was terrifying and the store was filthy. I’m calling department of health on this store

They refused me to use the restroom, I purchase the food, that’s the biggest issue in NYC. Why do you even have restroom, if they don’t allow us to use the restroom. They have sitting for more than 10 people. New York State have to do something about it. Also manger must do something about.

I wasn’t able to bring my service animal in here. It was my psychiatric service dog. I was told to immediately leave after purchasing my drink. This was extremely unprofessional considering the fact that I showed the certification.

This morning, I visited a Dunkin near my neighborhood, ordered a cup of coffee, and went inside. While waiting, I asked the female staff at the counter if I could use the restroom. Instead of politely saying, “Please wait a moment,” she bluntly told me, “I’m busy right now, so you wait.”
That is not an appropriate or professional way to respond to a customer. Even giving this place one star feels generous. Even she said she is a manager with this attitude. What a shame. Don’t waste your time for a day here.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’. I was a paying customer — finished my coffee and food, and was quietly studying on my laptop. Out of nowhere, a staff member rudely barked, “You have to move out.”

When I asked why, he flat-out lied and said the store was closing (it was only 6 PM, they close at 8). When I pointed that out, he switched his excuse to, “Each customer can only sit for 20 minutes.” Really? Since when does Dunkin’ run on kindergarten rules?

To make matters worse, I watched him treat another polite customer the same way. She patiently waited for her order, only to be ignored completely until she left. This guy is rude, arrogant, and clearly not fit for customer service. If management cares about this store’s reputation, they should replace him immediately. I’ll never be coming back.

I just went in today and asked for a decaf coffee because I am breastfeeding. The guy told me they didn't have it and made up a lie about how they had to clean the machine. When I told him that I would wait for them to clean the machine, he told me it takes too much time. Never had an issue with getting decaf coffee at any other dunkin. The guy was just lazy and didn't want to make a pot.

The waitress here has a bad attitude. She won't respond to you when you say hello. Very low quality

CRS NYC

This is a standalone Dunkin in a strip mall. It's on Parsons, near the intersection of Parsons Blvd/Willets Point Blvd/25th Avenue. It's mediocre. I would never travel to it, but if you're in area cause you're doing something else in the parking lot/strip mall, it's something. There's a competitor 4 blocks away, but for the people the know the Dunkin menu, it's an option I guess.

I've ordered from this place several times, the same female staff always has consistently had a bad attitude. She never says a word during the ordering process and never smiles. I went to the pickup area to get my mobile order. She saw me from the kitchen, and when I told her I had a mobile order, she didn't say anything but stared at me unfriendly. The overall experience felt very unwelcoming.

I am at this location but only 1 employee working. 20 customers in the this dunkin donuts. I try to use restroom but restroom is lock. Employee have to open the restroom door. I have to wait for 10 mins to use restroom because employee is busy to make customer order and prepare food , cashier, open the the door for restroom. What a poor service. never want to go back this place. Very bad management.

Got a bad coffee, way too sweet. Took one sip and noticed so I asked for an exchange. Was denied. Told me that it cost 7 dollars I have to pay. I already paid for the first one I didn't drink. Just disappointed at this Dunkin's service and drink quality.

Tasted new pistachio coffee. Love it. Very tasty. Nice quiet environment to sit down & sip my coffee on a cold windy day. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant in small shopping center.
