What an incredible night. We went for a birthday celebration. The food was absolutely transcendent. Each and every dish was perfectly curated with a sake with music with absolutely beautiful plating. It truly was a feast for the senses  the eyes the ears the taste buds. What an incredible night. Although there were only two of us who came in together we felt that we made 10 friends that we spent the evening with. The way that the host and the chefs engaged with all of us made the evening so much fun. I highly highly recommend the restaurant, the food and the entertainment. It was truly a night to remember!

The food was amazing and so creative. The ambiance was cozy and they picked great music. It was only us and 1 other person on a Friday night and they served us with the full attention, refilling sake glasses as soon as they were half empty. We're from our of town but next time we're in NYC, we'll definitely be back.

It's just so much fun and the food is excellent. We love the staff and irreverence of it all. Fun for a group.

I've ordered takeout from this Chinese-owned sushi restaurant a couple of times. They offer a mix of sushi, Japanese dishes, and classic Chinese takeout options. The food is decent, and the prices are reasonable, but it's nothing extraordinary. I'd suggest keeping your expectations moderate.
