Me and my family brought two lobsters from this restaurant. However we found a small amount of lobster meat. There was no way it was two lobsters because there was only one claw. Two lobsters are supposed to have four claws. Therefore, we called the restaurant and the lady said there was two lobsters but one of the claws broke off. If there is two lobstwr and one claw broke off then wjere is the other two claws. NEVER BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! THEY DONT GIVE U QUALITY FOOD!
Affordable price for authentic Cantonese cuisine. Food is fresh and delicious, staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
Cantonese restaurant, consistently good. My favorite dishes are the steamed or fried fish. Also like the casserole dishes. Food is brought it quickly. Lunch prices are super cheap around $7-8 for each entree. Dinner portions are big.
Great sea food. Ling history of Gongdoneses. Good price too. Parking available
A Chinese restaurant in Chinese area, how about that! Good food, we were with a party of 12 which they handled very efficiently and with exceptionally friendly and accommodating service. When our party grew from 10 to 12, they quickly moved us to a larger table. Food was excellent. I am not a New Yorker, so I can't really comment on the price, it seemed a little high, but that may be normal here.
Went for lunch and we enjoyed the Steamed Flounder, Minced Pork and Salted Fish Casserole along with Special Steamed Chicken. The waiters were helpful with menu questions, recommendations and attentiveness.
Braised fish was ice cold when bitten into, contrary to what you would expect from being braised. Eggplant was also mishandled when cooked and much of it was mush. Completely lost my appetite. This restaurant was pretty good a couple years ago, but quality has fallen sharply. Would not go back nor recommend.
Authentic Chinese restaurant, Cantonese style. Food is OK but I think it was better a couple years ago.
If you come for lunch menu they will ignore you so you will leave.
Food tasted Excellent!! A bit overpriced, especially since it's flushing and not Manhattan and there's a lot of comparable competition right around the corner, but whatever we ordered, we thought the chef really did a great job! Surprising also was the good service, as this is not what I expect visiting restaurants in Chinatown. Overall, if they kept the prices a bit more reasonable it would've been a rate 5 stars from me.
