This restaurant needs to improve their service if they want to be a great restaurant. First when we got to the restaurant the waiter told us that we had to wait to get a table because we were nine. We wait 30 minutes and when we ask the waiter if there was a table available and he told us that he didn’t know we were waiting so we had to wait another 30 minutes total of 1 hour. Second, we order 5 steaks medium well and instead we got 5 steaks medium rear so our experience eating does steaks were not pleasant at all. The worst thing was that we paid with a credit card and the waiter lost the credit card so we had to spend more time talking to the credit card company reporting a lost credit card than having a good time in the restaurant.

As we were waiting for our table We Asked for a drink at the bar n was told by bar person that I have to wait till he puts away all 3 cartons of glasses. 5-7 min later we ask a lady behind bar for a drink n was told sorry but im very busy. What??We were seated in reasonable time considering we were 14 ppl. We unfortunately waited a full 20 min before we were offered water. We also placed our drink order as well as our food. Our drinks came after our meal was served. One of the guest ordered parillada he got half of morcilla (where’s the other half) n the rest was charred to point if it being bitter. We Couldn’t get attention of any waiter for ketchup addl chimichurri and bread. Host of our table went to front to find a waiter to ask for specified needs. Waiter comes n tell a guest that it wasn’t appreciated that our friend went looking for stuff. Added they’re simply busy n we need to wait. Till when… till our food was cold. Shame. No work ethic at all. Mind you our group spent approximately $800. It wasn’t free Never again

My husband and I have gone to the other guachito and I prefer Guachito 2 a thousand times, the flavor is exquisite, the staff is very friendly, especially Matias, his service was excellent, he took everything to us quickly, paying attention to every detail we needed.Highly recommended ??

El churrasco es amazing, las empanadas son fabulosas y la yuca frita nos encantan a todos pero lo que nos volvió locos fue la limonada de fresas que hacen Fresca es para morir por ella. La recomiendo he estado en otras localidades pero solo en esta la hacen de esa manera. No puedo esperar volver para tomarla de nuevo. Gracias por tomar a los clientes tan en cuenta y cuidar de los detalles. Para mí eso cuenta mucho volveré muy pronto por más de su churrasco y limonada de fresas

The barbecue was quite good, I went with my husband for Valentine's Day and I didn't like that just for that day, which was busy, they had released several options for a variety of grills and had only left one barbecue option, which they served on a plate and this made it The meat cooled down very quickly, I didn't like that because they should have left the same options as always! People go for the variety of the menu.

Yesterday was my second time visiting. The first time the service sucked but we came back since the food itself was pretty good. Went yesterday for a birthday celebration and at the end of it, it was honestly embarrassing. The service was horrible, we asked multiple servers for multiple things and either they came 20 mins later or never came with it. The food itself is not bad but the service was so bad I wouldn't come back. We were a party of 10 so obviously gratuity would be included. It felt like since it was automatic gratuity, the servers didn't care to actually give us service. I was looking for our server for the entire meal, she never checked on us, we never got to order more food, we ordered drinks that we never got. We were sitting around for an hour trying to get our servers attention. It's a shame bc they have so much potential

Great food but horrible service. Not sure if it's cause I went with a big group and gratuity was already included but the servers just don't care. Certain foods didn't come out, server was no where to be found and it just felt like they neglected us since the tip was included. Such a shame because they have great potential since the food is good. Wish the service was better. Wouldn't be back from this horrible experience.
