Arroz con Camerones or rice and shrimp was my favorite. Great flavors on the meals and served with a nice hot sauce! Wait staff was awesome. The frozen strawberry and mango drinks were excellent!

The atmosphere is very nice but they put on a lot of smoke that makes people like it. They don't play merenque or bachata or salsa, only Ecuadorian music, knowing that there are people from other countries who are going for the first time to have fun, they have to play a variety of music, the security guy is very friendly, everything the rest is very good

Real Ecuadorian taste! delicious, I loved this restaurant, The food was incredibly delicious, there was not much waiting time, I undoubtedly congratulate the Chef, the seasoning is very important, highly recommended! 😋😊💯

They don't deserve any stars....don't order from the "new salinas" I placed an order through Uber Eats and ordered a pelota broth but "without a ball" they don't have balls...and a green bolon with pork rinds but nothing to do with it The chicharron was boiled, parboiled, not fried, it is not Ecuadorian food or change the chef. I no longer order from the" Nuevo Salinas"
