My experience at El Patron was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service was unprofessional and dismissive. The staff was rude and inattentive, and it felt like we were being treated differently from other customers. What made the situation worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt judged and unwelcome. The energy in the place was negative, and the way the staff interacted with us came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. We had a waitress with a burnt orange type colored hair and she took our orders and never came back. Then another waitress came who had the same dismissive demeanor came and started assisting us. I then saw our original waitress come out and I asked one of the other waitresses to get her attention for me and she told her coworker to tell me she was busy, mind you she was sitting in between the entrance of the bar and kitchen playing with straws. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or singled out while simply trying to enjoy an evening out on Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, that was exactly our experience here. I would not recommend this place based on the poor service and overall unpleasant environment. Respect and basic customer service go a long way — and sadly, that was missing here.

The ambiance is very nice, food is always fresh. Lunch prices are very affordable including happy hour great margaritas. Ask Liliana she is my favorite
This place is lovely, very personal and clean. I came here for happy hour and enjoyed my 1st time here! Lilliana is very warm and pleasant and the big ups to the chef he knows what he is doing when he ain’t that food :)….I WILL BE BACK!

Unfortunately, yesterday would mark the end of my patronizing El Patron. The end came when the check did. My friend noticed that they charge an 18% gratuity fee no matter the amount of people at the table - which they also applied to my take out order (which was removed when I mentioned it). The waitress was a bit impatient, to be fair, I might be too if I had to play waitress and bartender. The food was okay, the service, the same and the suggested tip amount on the bill on top of the 18% already charged was a bit too much for me. Tips are earned, tips should not be imposed upon the patrons to compensate for the lack of a decent salary.

The food wasn't as good. The paella fried rice is not as good as expected. Service was lovely, we were celebrating a bday and they took care of us with sparkler candle and song. We were the only one in the restaurant and service was a bit slow to come out. The food could be better overall

Had dinner a couple of times, nice atmosphere. Only ordered the tostones with chicken and beef. They are delicious and enough to fill me. Drinks were great, Colombian mojito was on point. 12/2023 I went to celebrate my mom's birthday we arrived around 6 pm and it was happy hour we all had a drink a margarita and piña colada. We also ordered a bandeja paisa and tacos food was delicious. And drinks on point 12/2025 Returned with my son and husband had had a picada for two and Bandeja paisa everything was delicious had 2 beers and a daquiri drink
