Terrible customer service, especially on Sundays. I placed an order, and the lady who answered took it and told me she would call me. He never took my information and when I called back to see what was happening, he said they didn't have delivery. They lost a continuous customer who spent weekly.
I called to order two sandwiches at 9:52am (grilled chicken sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich). After waiting an hour and not receiving them, I called the restaurant to cancel the order, and the excuse was that the chicken has a processing process, lol. After that, and with more than an hour and a half of waiting, I received a call, and it was the delivery guy. I did not receive the food, and I think it is disrespectful to me and to the delivery guy that after so much time and after having canceled my order, they still decided to send it.

I saw a spoon inside the soup, a lot of lack of hygiene
Ordered on Too Good To Go. Supposed value of $18. What I received was a single piece of fish, 4 pieces of plantain, and some rice. Was it worth the stated $18? I don't think it was even worth the $6 that I paid for it. Additionally, the lady that was serving me had 0 customer service skills. If you're using the app, give this place a pass and go with Joey's Pizza instead.

Super expensive and it's not a big deal, a plate of food with 3 contours for $25 with the drink seemed like an abuse to me

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it was dry, the ham was thick and chewy, tasted old . I only liked my juice.

My husband and I recently went to eat.
The food is not that bad... But it was a little expensive... And the chicken and other foods are also a little salty...
What we didn't like is that when paying the lady who is at the cash register, I don't know if she is the owner... In short... I paid with a card and we wanted to leave a tip for the girls because the girl treated us very well... But she said That we don't leave a tip on the receipt, I was taken aback and left... We didn't have cash at that time...
So please, people who pay with a card leave a tip in cash because it is not fair for the lady to say no... That's fine.

Wheat first opened it was very good! The food was flavorful and cooked with love! I ordered from there alot! But after 2 or 3 years something went wrong and it went downhill from there! I think it got sold or they changed the chef/cook because its not the same! They got Complacent I think! And like with all good things Compalacentsy is a killer!!!!
