El Rumbero Bar - Restaurant

I went here first and last time the owner who dressed as a chef is pure garbage rude and extremely unprofessional doesn’t care about customer service. His own crew members told me the same I will never walk in there again.

It’s a disappointment every time I go they make problems for everything it not the first time I go there my thirds time they overprice food the wanted to charge my friend her blazer as a coat and my 1/4 of bottle of water just took it out of my hands
They are super rude and make you have what you don’t want if you complain the treat you even worst

Had a decent meal here and service until it came time to close out. The waitress overcharged my tab and then claimed the charge machine was broken (though someone had just used it) and asked to Zelle her the total. I only had credit cards and she suggested I withdraw cash advances from the ATM. Shady to say the least…. Si fuera el dueño tendria mucho cuiadado con quien decido contratar.

If you want to wait 40mins for food don't go. The waitress is very cool but the food takes a while. The manager, instead of trying to rush the food, said that there are a lot of people. There were many people drinking but few eating. ?

I liked the atmosphere a lot but there is a very arrogant and rude security guard and the food Ami I liked to go for the seafood bite but now they only put pure vegetables and very little absent shellfish and they didn't even put any fish that day that I went and according to it for 3 people and more tomato, onion and potatoes it has seafood. And they still charge you 5 pains per person to understand which one is going to consume
