El Vicentino is perfect! On the recommendation of my El Salvadorian friend celebrating a birthday, I visited El Vicentino on Saturday, March 6 for what can only be described as the most authentic El Salvadorean experience I've ever had. From the best pupusas I've ever tasted to authentic soft drinks, if you close your eyes you would think you are in El Salvador, but you can have all the flavor, history, and culture here in Queens, NY! I'd strongly recommend and if I lived closer, I'd be a regular! And you can feed a family on a budget.

I had a great experience at El Vicentino in Flushing. The food tasted fresh and authentic — especially the pupusas, which were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re craving good Salvadoran food and want something comfortable and relaxed. I’d definitely go back.
