“I love this food truck. Best food truck in NY! Guys are funny, kind, pleasant and working hard lovely people. Food is so yummylicious!!!! I love the beef Sharma so I always got that. Until yesterday I wanted to try something new. So I got the beef kebab and Kefta (? Not sure if I spelled it rt) but it's like a thin burger patty. These were sooo good too!!! Now I'm have to go back for more lol. I got sauce with mine. But naw. Their food is soooo good. You should get the sauce on the side! Taste it trufully haha. Price is good. And portion is good. Iam a lady who can eat! And I can't finish it all st once! My husband can. But he gets full after. ? I highly recommend this food truck if you wanna try a real halal food! Their meat taste and feels real as compare to other food truck lamb,, it feels like canned meat... OMG also Their falafel I'd THE BEST! So crunchy and flavourful!! ??“

“June 26, 2022. Walked to get our order of a Lamb wrap, chicken wrap and fries. First time there and a welcome place to the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, the place is new and clean and most important the food is very good. Will return many times. Check it out.“

“It's a food truck I love getting a free falafel but sometimes they give me one less in my platter so why is that menue says 6 for a platter reason for 3 stats is I can't see the hit sauce and its too hot so I wish they could just give the sauce in a cup would be nice if there was more rice n salad I mean ten buck s cmon fellas how come you have to hand me 5 falafel makes me feel dumb inside“

“it was amazing!! The proportions of the chicken and rice were in large amounts. The chicken was cooked well and the rice was soft. The salad on the side was very fresh. Overall I recommend this place for kids and adults. The spice levels canbe altered by asking for little hot sauce and more white sauce. The price is affordable and it is ready in less than 10 minutes.“

“I ordered the fried cauliflower and a chicken shawarma sandwich. The cauliflower portion was good and it tasted great. The chicken shawarma sandwich was close your eyes and enjoy it good! I must add, it's great to find a restaurant that has a true garlic aioli that's an emulsion of garlic and oil and not just garlic with mayonnaise.“

“Everything was really, really, really good, and fresh, especially the salad, meats cooked to order, the falafel. We also loved the hummus, babaganoush, and fluffy pita. Service was super friendly and accommodating to a ton of small special requests. Not sure why they gave us some flat store bought pita with our order and some delicious, fluffy, and fresh made (maybe they were running out?), but overall a really delightful surprise.“

“YOU HAVE TO TRY ZAHID’S HALAL FOOD!! The best halal food I have ever had. Juicy chicken and lamb with perfectly seasoned rice.. goes great with the white and hot sauce. “all i can say is i went here yesterday and got a falafel wrap and have not stopped talking about it - i've said "moist" more than i'd ever care to admit. it's incredible. i went back again today and they served straight fire yet again. looks like a humble take out spot but let me tell you ... the aura in this place is off the charts. for the price, too? wild. i just moved to the area and will be here once a week.“

“Quick, yummy, and delicious 😜

I called them at 7:54am. Ordered a vegan bacon egg and cheese. Took the bx22, was there in a few minutes. Order was already prepared and packaged!

He was patient when I had to call my dad and ask him to send the money since I have a chase first card. Usually people get annoyed because it takes a minute or two. Also they held the door open for me when I left.

As for the food, I loved bacon egg and cheeses. When I went vegan, I tried many different replacements and mocks. This was the best one.“

“I have been going to this location since they opened a few years ago, I was there this weekend with my son & we both had the combo plates. I got a email the next day saying for me to come in for a free side which happens all the time. So I went in & asked for the free side but instead of a hummus side can he switch it to a baba gannouj side. The man said he was the manager & would not let me change? When I asked him why & told him for years I never had this problem. He told me that's why he is the manager & the people who let me have the change were all fired for breaking the rules. And should never had done this. I have been going to your stores since 1972 when I went to your store on Macdougal street & had falafel for the first time in my life. Still good food but after all the years but this manager enjoyed his power much to much!“

“Come on. Don’t know how these guys aren’t rated higher. They made a business out of making fresh to order custom whole medium pies. No slices at all! They have a promotion that if you buy two pies you get a third cheese pie free. This has worked for them for years.

Their toppings are fresh, their crust out of the oven is crisp and flavorful. They have cool ninja pizza blades that rock through slicing a pie in under five seconds. I have never had a bad pie from them and they are always consistent.

So the guys speak English behind the counter? Meh! 50/50

Do they sometimes look grumpy? Yes, but that’s because they do their perfect routine over and over flawlessly all day. Give em a break.

If it wasn’t for calorie watching, I would be here once a week.

If you haven’t tried them out, give it a go. My favorite is chicken and jalapeño mix.

And also note that they randomly make great falafel over salad or pita.“
