I'm not sure why there's such a lack of review as this is an amazing gem that you wouldn't expect out of flushing. This place has amazing service & their crawfish is out of this world. I'm not one to really eat crawfish but their crawfish is amazing. I actually asked them where they got it and they said that they were imported straight from Australia! This place is definitely a spot to check out. Considering the saturation of hotpot and BBQ skewers, this place is a good change of pace. If there's any one place you need to give a shot in flushing it's this one.

Crawfish! Crawfish! Crawfish! Gotta repeat it 3 times if things too phenomenal Lol The Hot and Spicy crawfish muah! The 13 incense crawfish muah! Me n my boy got so shocked that they brought the OG flavor from motherland China up to NYC. We got both regular and European crawfish, It's actually my first time had European style and it did give me a new definition of crawfish!! Size is a lot bigger than normal, tastes is juicy and rich. We had 4bls in total, none of them is bad or dead! Thumbs up!!! BBQ skewers are good too! The only reason we didn't get too many it's bc the size of their crawfish can actually fill u up! And the flavor it has a long finish. Amazing! Service is awesome as well!! Their staffs are very friendly and passionate. Helped us change plates every 15 mins, professionally explained every single question I asked. I barely leave a review but this place def deserves one! SAY NO MORE GO N TRY!!

Came here 3 times at least after they opened, with my wife once, with two other fiends, and one time with group of 8 people. What I can tell you is they have the best crawfish in flushing, the one I love is the steam crawfish from Australia, they have so many different ways to cook it, they cook Australia crawfish with Chinese recipe, which is a perfect combination. I have never had crawfish with this size. They are basically mini lobsters to be honest, every single one is fresh as hell, which I don't understand how the other review says about crawfish being not fresh. Every time I order minimum of 2lb-4lb of Them. The service is very friendly although sometimes became a little slow during the pack hours, I don't think that's down side because I run business myself, I understand how things can be really packed up. I mean good things worth to wait right? The price wise, their price is pretty fair in flushing, you can get a beer for 3-4 dollars, I mean all the restaurant I been before, they charge 5-6 dollars in beer, which made me intentionally drink less. With 3-4 dollars beer, I can drink as much I want with not much more cost.(I'm a beer type of person). The crawfish's are not expensive either despite the quality of the food they offers. If you have never been there. I would suggest you give a try, because this is the type of restaurant that you have to try in New York. Highly recommended place!!! Book marked.

This place used to be called Flame Fusion BBQ. I am not sure of when they made the change, but it was not for the better. The variety of skewers has been severely cut down, and those that survived the snap, have gone up in price while the portions have gotten smaller. They primarily focus on different types of crawfish now. Unfortunately, their crawfish don't seem very fresh, as the meat falls apart when removing the shell. Coming back here was a big disappointment. The only reason it's a two star and not a one is because the skewers that survived are still pretty tasty.

This is a very Chinese style crawfish and BBQ place,they serve fresh crawfish all year round.They have American crawfish,European crawfish and Australian crawfish.They cook the crawfish with hot&spicy,garlic, Thirteen incense,steam and deep fried flavor,but all I can say is each flavor is distinctive!Definitely a fun and cozy place.service is nice,BBQ is delicious!
