Their milk tea is now iced/hot milk. 95% milk and 5% tea just for some color. No tea flavor at all!!! Gave them too many chances. They used to have the best bakery milk tea but not anymore.

The bread's mislabeled, and the cashier cant explain why the prices listed on shelves are different from actual price. Didnt get what should've been a red bean filling. Then they charged extra for some other thing for no reason. Go to taipan instead

My sister and I have been to this place and that both of us got chicken buns and that the buns were wonderful and tasty. The food and service were wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people in their eating, drinking, lots of pasty and others.

Store sells spoiled food - purchased a 8 inch taro cake. Upon receipt the cake filling tasted sour and was spoiled. Went back to the store to address the issue but they were unwilling to replace the cake, provide a refund or resolve the issue.

My sister and I went to this place for a snack and took it out. My sister and I ordered two small hot Ovaltines, and for the snack, we had two chicken buns, which tasted wonderful and tasty. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was quiet.
I been craving the the almond Danish for a while, even tho Feida it's out of my way I went today, I'm so disappointed, not only the size of the bread is so much smaller but also the taste has gone bad. Since it's smaller, the bread is now crunchy and not spongy/sticky like it used to be, and I used to love. I also got 2 multigrain breads, I had to throw it away because it tasted funny. As if the seeds were exposed to humidity. The other 2 breads will go to the garbage. Wasted my money and time. Will not return.

I went to buy bread, not to buy the eldest sister’s stinky face. If you don’t want to go to work, you don’t have to go to work. What are you showing customers with that stinky face, asking questions with a look of indifference, who are you showing it to, and I don’t expect much enthusiasm. , but, with this attitude, doesn’t the store know that it doesn’t provide training to its employees?

There was a waitress in her 20s who was wearing a mask and had dark skin. Her face was as bad as if she was dead. Her service attitude was as if she owed her millions. If she was one of my employees, I would have fired her the same day if I saw her. The store it runs, a lowly species like this, should take its turn.
