I love this specific location because it’s inside the Skyview mall in Flushing. This Fay Da Bakery location is awesome, the bakery products are top notch as usual. Love it.

Use to order honey lemon tea every day Large for $ 3.25 but today I got charged $4.75 so you're telling me honey is 1.50 extra
My sister and I went to this bakery to have a snack and for snack, my sister bought ham with egg buns, vegetable meat buns, and milk tea. The food was wonderful.

Fayda is perfect if you like pastries that are not too sweet. Most of their cakes are mess-free and can be eaten on the go. Because they are not too sweet, they can also be used as a quick breakfast when you are running late. My mom especially loves the chicken patties there, which make for a filling snack.
My parents come here often because they say it reminds them of the pastries/snacks back in their home country.

I bought a small cup of hot lemon honey for $3.25, and the waiter handed it to me. I found it was very hot, so I asked her for a cup sleeve. However, an old employee next to me said they don’t provide cup sleeves for small drinks! Do you still decide whether to give cup sleeves based on the size of the cup? Is it true that your small cup is not hot to the touch, but only the medium cup? absurd

A traditional Chinese bakery with a variety of options.
I saw way more types of bread that I had at any other bakery. They had lots of types of bo lo bao, including a bo lo bao roll cake. I tried the roll cake, and it was a bit soggy with the pineapple filling, and the pineapple cookie crust wasn’t crunchy anymore. I was a bit disappointed because I usually love bo lo bao.
I also tried a lemon pastry. The lemon was a bit artificial tasting, and the pastry tasted more like Chinese wedding cake pastry dough.
I was a bit disappointed since my local friend hyped this place up, but she recommended the milk tea, and I hadn’t tried it. Maybe next time!

There are flies, the pineapple buns are good, and Napoleon is a loser.

Its like the requirement to be a cashier here is to be rude to all the customers. You can't ask a simple question without being met with an attitude of annoyance or

They do not use gloves, they touch the cash and then just make the drinks without washing their hands in between and constantly give short

The food is good. The service is the worst. If you want someone to ruin your day, say no more. Just look at the cashier to ruin your day while shopping. If you don't like your work, do something else , the misery on the cashier face is 100% toxic.

Bought 8 pieces of different flavor cake. The strawberry, and the lemon one is good. The rest range from okay to I like it.

Poor customer service! Something about the bakery and the entire Mall with separate lines for cash and credit/debit. The staff makes a big deal for the reason customers are paying with a credit card. In terms of the food the bakery has a variety of typical items.
Been here many times but this time I will never go again. I bring reuseable bags anyways but how they charge 5 to 10 cents for a bag. Cashier was rude I was trying to get my payment and she was grabbing other people while I was doing so which is bad customer service. Food is cheap and good but won’t convince me otherwise. Go to a different cafe even if you have to spend more at least they will provide better service.
