The food is good. The service is the worst. If you want someone to ruin your day, say no more. Just look at the cashier to ruin your day while shopping. If you don't like your work, do something else , the misery on the cashier face is 100% toxic.

Poor customer service! Something about the bakery and the entire Mall with separate lines for cash and credit/debit. The staff makes a big deal for the reason customers are paying with a credit card. In terms of the food the bakery has a variety of typical items.

Been here many times but this time I will never go again. I bring reuseable bags anyways but how they charge 5 to 10 cents for a bag. Cashier was rude I was trying to get my payment and she was grabbing other people while I was doing so which is bad customer service. Food is cheap and good but won’t convince me otherwise. Go to a different cafe even if you have to spend more at least they will provide better service.

They always have fresh and tasty bakery items throughout the day, not just the morning, so you don't have to worry about things sitting out for hours! My favorite from them is the braided cheese bread and the Denmark bread. I always crave them when I don't have them on hand. I highly recommend coming to this location when possible! I actually prefer this one over others in the Flushing area.

Pretty aggravating when a regular who asks for 2 Chinese sausage buns and they ring up only 1 won’t charge it to the credit card because they messed up and didn’t add it to the $11 order and then refused to ring it to the credit card because it wasn’t a $10 order. They originally had the right order on the cash register but then i put it wrong on the credit one. The bakery goods are pretty tasty otherwise. Make sure your order is 100% correct because they won’t charge the card a 2nd time for their mistake

Really enjoy breakfast here, I enjoy the croissants and the pork buns. Love a good sweet bun after lunch as well.

Someone just cut in line and cashiers don’t care about it. Cashiers are also impatient and rude.
Quick and available with many regular bakery options. The quality i guess is different here at the mall rather than the other places in queens from Fay Da. It was definitely not as fresh as the other fay da's. The options were all there and they didn't have many that were out of stock. The buns had very little filling and the sponge cake was not as fluffy as it used to be. Price is around the same.

Their tuna buns are the best! Usually the first place I’d stop at whenever I go to Downtown Flushing, and it’s been a place I’ve frequented for years, since high school and that was years ago!

I show them my gift certificate before I purchase. Because both side has some damage, I don’t know why it got stick on my backpack . I am not sure if I can still use it, because I’m at the register already when I found there is some damage . So I asked the cashier if I can use it. The cashier said it’s $10. Because the numbers still can be see. And she asked me if I have some changes. Meantime when I’m taking change, she showed it to the other cashier. Then the other cashier told me I can’t use this, because the back is damaged. So I said the back is just policy. You guys can see the amount and the numbers on the back. There is some damage in the left hand side only. She just said No and ignore me. So the cashier asked me if I still want to buy! I would say, if at the beginning they refuse me, I will just take out the money. But later on the excuse they give to me, I can’t understand and accept!

Wow this bakery is headed down the toilet. I was so hungry that I stopped in this bakery located in the Flushing Mall. The place is a total mess. The garbage is overflowing. There are crumbs in the area for the trays and tongs. They have only tongs and no trays. The place has a few tables and the customers are cleaning off the tables and chairs. I was so hungry I did purchase a bun wrapped in plastic. The person at the counter was so rude. Yelling at me in Chinese. My bun did not taste fresh. The line to the register was very long. I guess people don't care about the bad customer service and the dirty bakery. I will not be back to this bakery.
