My sister and I have been to this place and bought ham and egg bread and two milk tea. The food and service were both wonderful and the atmosphere was that there were people in their eating, drinking, talking, the workers stocking the things and people waiting in line to get drink or to pay.

The best place to get different kinds of bread,drinks and cakes. And everything is fresh.
The service attitude is terrible. When purchasing, I asked the cashier (a tall, fat northern woman) for a piece of paper on the bottom. If he doesn’t give it, he even says very arrogantly, if others can just take it, why can’t you. Then there is an attitude of whether to buy or not. Never go again

The employees were very helpful . When I asked about what type of oil they use in their pastries, one of the ladies showed me specifically which product contains what ingredients. I appreciate that considering I have a few dietary restrictions :)

I love everything inside of the store this is because it is all freshly made and two of the things that i bought was soybean milk and red bean bread and it taste good, and the service is good and can be busy during meal times and the atmosphere can be noisy.

Bought two cakes for my moms birthday I got taro and chestnut both cakes had moldy fruit. They didn’t even show me the cakes when i picked it up. Purposely wrapped up the box so i didn’t see the fruit on top had mold.

Purchased a Black Forest cake slice, that went moldy after 2 days despite placing it in the fridge an hour after purchasing. Wondering how long do they actually keep the slices on display... could be over a week.
