After waiting in the store for a long time, no clerk came to serve me. One clerk was on the phone and the other was lazy and ignored me. I bought a cake and didn’t write any words on it. I bought it for a friend’s birthday. How could I not write a blessing on it? This store is really getting worse and worse!

Fay Da Bakery always offer consistent food quality and almost the same variety of food offering for years. However, they should offer different menu options from time to time... Overall, Fay Da Bakery offers affordable, convenient, and quick food offering.

A chain bakery located in Kissena blvd. The place is small and the service attitude was bad, she didn’t respond to my questions at all. But anyway, the bread was great! I’m in loved with the taro pastry?

Pastry is ok. They could improve interior, hygiene and seating.

Today is December 5th. The clerk who made the coffee had a loud argument with the customer. The employee at the cashier saw me coming to pay the bill but did not come over. He was still chatting with other people. How does this store recruit employees?

Good selection and usually packed to the brim no matter what. The staff are a bit unfriendly, but what can I say? I'll work with it either way.

I like coming here after work. They usually have some of my favorites still left for me even though everyone's been through for breakfast and lunch. The staff are normally kind to me too. Though I do still prefer the location in Skyview more, this is a good alternative closer to home.

So I came here today and the cashier was so rude to me. She was slapping her hands on the counter to get my attention that she was ready for me to pay. A simple “next” would have been appropriate. She squished my coconut cream bun into one bag along with the rest of my pastries and it irritated me. I took it out of the bag and asked her if she had a box which he told me no. Also, I noticed all the tongs to pick up the pastries (unwrapped) were all wet! How gross. I will however say that the coconut cream bun was really good. Because of the ladies rude attitude and the unsanitary looking place, I will not be coming back.

This place overcharges for milk tea. Such a small cup for $3.

Excellent desserts. Very flavorful and low sugar. The sugar content doesn’t overwhelm the real taste of the desserts.

The taro bun was good, but I can't say the same about of service.

The pastries are so-so. The cheesecake is very little cheese and lots of cake. I like the napoleon cheesecake though. It has a good number of layers of puff pastry and tangy no bake cheesecake filling. The passion fruit cheesecake does not have much passion fruit flavor and too much sponge cake you could hardly taste any cheese. The pastries are not too sweet which I like. I like the walnut napoleon slice. They did not have it the few recent visits though. Maybe it not popular anymore. The coffee cake was not good and taste hard like it was very old.The breads are good. I enjoy the scallion and green pea twist bread. I also like the coconut pineapple bun. This is the only bakery that put the cookie topping on it. The lemon bread is ok. It has a decent amount of filling inside. I wish it has more lemon taste though. I also enjoy the golden mung bean bread few years ago but they stop making it. The curry puffs has a nice curry flavor and good meat filling. It is not spicy at all so someone who likes mild will love it. However, it is pricey. The fried roast pork puff is unappetizing and super greasy sitting on the tray. The cakes are ok. Not too sweet and they allow you to customize the flavors. It is not too sweet and very light to no flavored sponge cake. The cake is shaded with the right color (strawberry is pink color, green tea is green color, etc.) but don't expect to taste the flavor. The frosting is very light like an egg white consistency or whipped cream. I do not like the overly sweet thick buttercream as American bakeries do.It has a decent size parking lot but very congested and too many cars idling or double parked. I always park on the side or across the street at residential. This place is also cash only. Items are packed in free paper bags. They charge 5 cents for small carry bag and 10 cents for large carry bag. You can call ahead to place an order and set up pick up time if you not coming in the morning. By the afternoon it is all leftovers and they do not make anymore items.

Food and tea were good and reasonably priced. Parking was no problemo. Wish they had a public bathroom, but I’ll take what I can get
