Keepin it real out here in Flushing It's been very average, of course you going to get a nice meaty slice if that's what you're ordering, but nothing "authentic" or special, a good normal pizza spot.

The pizza was so soo terrible and when we call them and try to tell them that it was not good and complain them about it but the 2 staff who received call were so mean to the senior citizens. She is 101 yrs elderly person, how can they be so mean to senior citizens? Aren’t costumers allowed to complain if they don’t like the food?? I was right in front of her when she was calling them. It was so difficult to find there address and contact detail in the box coz there was nothing in it. Some how we managed to find the address from the person who bought the food and call them. They were like ( why didn’t you call right away ?? That’s not our problem ). This is how they trying to respond. I heard clearly the way they talk to the lady and this is not the way you should be treated when you say the food is not good. They didn’t get the food for free 🤷♀️ they paid for it. It cost money 💴. Ridiculous 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Nasty!!!! UNHYGENIC! There food got me sick with vomit and diarrhea. I ordered from there and in my food there was a piece of WIRE SPONGE IN IT! They’re having all types of people roaming around there kitchen and outside. Not wearing gloves and spitting on top of the food when they speak. The manager professionalism is dispicable. Health Dept. def need to go and check them out.

I placed an order on Friday evening 10/25 on the Slice app to Fratelli’s pizzeria for a large pie with pepperoni and half black olives for my wife and 2 children. My wife called me as I was not home and she informed me that the pizza arrived in horrible condition as most of the toppings and cheese shifted to one side of the pie(see photos below). I told her to call the pizzeria to tell them what happened.
In addition to tipping the driver on the app my wife also tipped an additional $5 to the driver who it turns out was still waiting in front of our door after delivering the pie. At the time my wife didn’t know the condition of the pizza so always being nice she gave the driver an additional tip. After opening the pie we know why he was waiting as he knew the pie was not acceptable.
My wife called Fratelli’s and explained what happened they said they would make another one and send it over but she also asked about the additional money she gave to the driver who clearly didn’t deserve it as the pie wasn’t given to him in that condition. They said” don’t worry we will take care of it”. Mind you the pie was delivered but no money back.
I reached out to Slice customer service and explained to rep what happened and he reached out to them as i requested some accommodation for the inconvenience and wait time. A couple of minutes later I get a call from I assume was the manager who was very nasty and said “what else do you want? I’m making you another pie I’m not giving you anything else!”. So we are going back and forth and telling him making a new pie is the least you can do but what about our time now having to wait for the pie that was either dropped or shifted at some point and wasn’t even taped up when delivered.
The conversation went no where and i hung up. The replacement pizza came and fortunately there were no issues with that one but I’m extremely offended by the lack of service by Fratellis especially the person who called me on the phone. I will not give them another penny ever again! That’s how you treat the customers?? Don’t eat at this place! There are other options in the area!
And this so called response below from the “owner” is unacceptable as well. How about giving back the extra money my wife tipped as a courtesy? How about a discount on our next order? Stop playing with words unless you are gonna take action against the rude manager who called my phone? Until you do that stop with the fake apology and words to try to clean up what happened. It’s BS

Parking: Just throw your hazard lights on and walk on it , don’t worry about trying to find a spot . Everyone in the area does this and you won’t have to worry about any kind of a ticket of finding a spot

I recently visited Frattelli Pizza and had a fantastic experience! The food service was top-notch - our server(Vicky/venessa)was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm decor that made us feel right at home.
But the real star of the show was the pizza itself. We ordered the grandma with shrimp and the special hot sauce and it was cooked to perfection. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the cheese was melted to a golden brown. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was generous.
Overall, I would highly recommend Frattelli Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious pizza in a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

The Pineapple pizza doesn't come with any sauce despite having tomato sauce on the ingredient list. I find it hilarious because they refuse to accept that their menu is misleading. I haven't given up on them though:/ I'll try requesting extra tomato sauce next time.
