Saturday morning went to buy AC from this company And I know what I needed and needed to get butI guess whoever worked this morning didn't want to sell any merchandise so He was telling me he only deals with a contractor and hes not open to a public so I said said there was no sign that says not open to public He Had no words .And he had no professionalism what so ever.not even 1 star.if you need lg products check somewhere else.im talking about$ 8000
