NY Spine Care | Dr. Ji Han

​I visited Dr. Han for neck pain through a referral from my neurologist. Dr. Han explained the available treatments in great details, giving me full confidence in his care.
I’ve already scheduled my next visit. The staff is professional and kind, and the dedicated. parking lot is a plus!

I found this pain clinic through a Google search. My insurance is Anthem, and I called a Korean-speaking employee to see if I was getting insurance, and they kindly guided me through everything one by one, which put me at ease. People who are physically ill also have a painful heart, so they are easily hurt by a single word and gain courage. After making a reservation, I arrived with my photo ID, insurance card, and primary care physician's referral, and I liked that there was a parking space behind the building. Parking in Bayside New York is really difficult. The hospital was bright and clean, and before meeting Dr. Ji Han, I received counseling from a female employee. She doesn't have a name tag and haven't said who she is, so I don't know who it is. She asked me about the pain and health condition and waited. I consulted with the director about 10 to 15 minutes later, and they answered kindly, making me feel professional. I got an X-ray prescription and took an X-ray with a walk-in at Lenox Hill, which was taken quickly without waiting.

All the staff are kind.

Dr. Ji Han, is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and provides you with a very detailed plan of action to support you in your recovery journey. He doesn’t rush , he takes his time, and is supportive every step of the way. He is professional and focused. He doesn’t waste time. His staff is always organized, helpful and willing to assist. The best part of the entire experience is that his operating room is located in the basement of his building so there is no over crowding or over complication of the medical evaluation and surgical process, they both happen seamlessly at one location. They are punctual and you are seen at your scheduled time. This is how all medical offices and pain management clinics should operate. Dr Han is an amazing pain specialist. Myself and other family members have been treated by him with radio frequency ablation and also epidural therapy. His treatments are thorough and gentle.
