Coconut lemon mini cake was so dry and flavorless. It fell apart. Are they new owners?
Glendale bakery is an iconic Queens bakery. The pastries are the best around with the best coffee you’ll find in the entire city.

The female employee, unlike the male employee, was the most rude and uneducated person I have ever seen in my life.
They do have very good pretzel rolls when they are fresh. Last time I went there I bought a dozen and they were hard as a rock and I had to bring them back. Unfortunately, the quality and freshness of their items has gone down in recent years.
We have been going to Glendale Bakery for many many years. Today I made a quick stop and was reminded of the “small town”
atmosphere that is always consistent, and makes customers feel valued. Today I was assisted by a lovely young man by the name of Justin, who was polite and professional. Customer service is everything… thank you for the delicious cookies, and an exceptional experience today.

Nice staff. Delicious birthday cake.
Sandwiches are always good but lately the bakery itself hasn't been the same. I recently had lunch. The egg sandwich was good but the Jelly donut barely had any Jelly and wasn't that fresh. The staff are not as friendly as in the past.

Looks good from the display until we brought it home. We ordered red velvet and carrot cupcakes. It tasted dry and old. If you like fresh, moist, 6 come here. The chocolate chip cookie also tasted horrible. If you like to taste butter in your cookies, then you'll like it. I was really disappointed!

Old school Bakery that hasn't been updated in years. It's expensive for what it is. I'd rather go to a bakery in Little Italy for what they charge.
