They were rushing my drinks, my hot boba drink had no toppings! And I paid extra for the toppings.
come here all the time for Felix š£ staff are always rude, tea is mediocre, but Felix is still standing ^^
Gong Cha isnāt usually my go-to, but I decided to give it another shot since they now offer a new XL size. Not all drinks come in the big sizeāonly select teasāso I went with the Passion Fruit.
The size is great for those who want more bang for their buck, but the tea itself was still very sweet, even after asking for less sugar. Iād recommend the staff double-check the cup before handing it overāmine was quite sticky and couldāve used a quick wipe.
Gong Cha really needs to work on consistency and service. With so many better bubble tea options out there, they canāt afford to slack on the basics. One star off for the overly sweet tea and sticky presentation.
Hope to see some improvements next time!
Strawberry lemonade is my favorite ā¤ļø
I've been coming here for years. It's hard to walk past one without stopping in. Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea spots.
My go to for grapefruit green tea. Love it, but I get it without ice and sugar.
I knew better, but decided to try the Vietnamese iced coffee from here. Donāt ever get it. It was awful. Still love this place for their other drinks.
very fresh drink
I have never been there before. This is my first time for this tea brand and this branch. I ordered Matcha slush added bubble no sugar on yesterday afternoon. It was so good. I like that! Nevertheless, a service customer was so poor. A staff didnāt say anything about welcoming or thanks. I quit donāt like that.
I like Gong Cha, but this location wasn't not my favorite. Whenever I order slush, it instantly becomes watery and boba is hard texture.

You can never go wrong with a Gong Cha milk tea. I happened to be in the area and craved for a sweet, cold drink to enjoy in this summer heat. Popped in at this Flushing outpost and got myself an Earl Grey Milk Tea. Knocked off one star because they are cash only when I visited.

Gong Cha is still my favorite bubble tea spot. The quality of the tea is very good and their drinks almost always are delicious. My new favorite is the iced tea and coffee combo with boba and milk foam!!! Itās a small shop so get ready to take your drink to go.

Small seating area and the staff there just look pissed ? I guess itās the typical Flushing customer service attitude.

The waiters here change frequently and will not make it according to your request. The milk tea and pearls are not as good as before.
