This place is best boba tea shop! I am regular customer at gong cha tea! I tried so many locations for 3J - with pudding, jelly and boba is best they make because other locations they don’t put enough pudding, jelly and boba. I will go back this location again

I used to be a regular at this store until they tried to charge me for a cup of water and the worst part is that they give very few bubbles compared to other locations of the same franchise, as you can see in the photo. It's disappointing! No more for me!

There were a lot of pearls, the time it took for the drinks to come out was short, and the taste was delicious, but the store had a very unpleasant smell. If only the smell was okay, it would be perfect.

The high school students here don't seem very enthusiastic about working here, to which I'll bluntly say -- then don't work here if you don't like the job.I ordered a simple hot drink and realized it was not when made when ordered, and only when I asked where the drink was then they started to make it.Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Just a poker face and indifference.Please then just don't bother showing up to work at all, if you don't care.
Ordered two large cups of Earl Gray milk tea tonight. He charged me for a large size but gave me a medium sized drink instead. The most outrageous thing is that they forgot to put any sugar in it. The taste is terrible. I called to inquire, and the employee who answered the phone said that the order was taken by the store manager and that the store manager would call me back, but he didn't call me back! I will never go to this store again. The attitude is coldOrdered two large cups of Gray Brothers milk tea tonight. I was charged for a large cup, but it was served in a medium cup.
