I used to be a regular at this store until they tried to charge me for a cup of water and the worst part is that they give very few bubbles compared to other locations of the same franchise, as you can see in the photo. It's disappointing! No more for me!

There were a lot of pearls, the time it took for the drinks to come out was short, and the taste was delicious, but the store had a very unpleasant smell. If only the smell was okay, it would be perfect.

The high school students here don't seem very enthusiastic about working here, to which I'll bluntly say -- then don't work here if you don't like the job.I ordered a simple hot drink and realized it was not when made when ordered, and only when I asked where the drink was then they started to make it.Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Just a poker face and indifference.Please then just don't bother showing up to work at all, if you don't care.

Ordered two large cups of Earl Gray milk tea tonight. He charged me for a large size but gave me a medium sized drink instead. The most outrageous thing is that they forgot to put any sugar in it. The taste is terrible. I called to inquire, and the employee who answered the phone said that the order was taken by the store manager and that the store manager would call me back, but he didn't call me back! LOVE THIS BUBBLE TEA! Such a large menu you will find what you are craving ; whether you want a simple tea or something with a lot of add ons and more like an actually dessert. I love the pineapple tea with milk foam.
