The high school students here don't seem very enthusiastic about working here, to which I'll bluntly say -- then don't work here if you don't like the job.I ordered a simple hot drink and realized it was not when made when ordered, and only when I asked where the drink was then they started to make it.Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Just a poker face and indifference.Please then just don't bother showing up to work at all, if you don't care.

Ordered two large cups of Earl Gray milk tea tonight. He charged me for a large size but gave me a medium sized drink instead. The most outrageous thing is that they forgot to put any sugar in it. The taste is terrible. I called to inquire, and the employee who answered the phone said that the order was taken by the store manager and that the store manager would call me back, but he didn't call me back! There are three bubble tea places in the New World Mall food court.There is a one hour and fifteen minute line to order at Tiger Sugar, which is next door to Gong Cha.The line extends all the way across the food court.The line barely moves. Almost everyone in that line is an East Asian high school kid.No one seems to care that the line is not moving.Everyone who is everyone seems to want to go to Tiger Sugar.* * *I didn't want to wait, so I ordered my tea from Gong Cha.Should have gotten in line with the high school kids.
