They make the drinks so fast! The Earl Grey milk tea was nice, was filled with toppings. The workers are indeed apathetic, but I don't mind.
Cashier barely made eye contact, didn't greet me, and threw my change and receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me. Very unprofessional. I don't want to assume it was racially motivated but sure enough he greeted and handed the change in the hands of the next customer, which was of Asian decent. Definitely will not return.
Bad quality drinks on too good to go,no sugar,no creamer, only cocoa powder plus tap water, taste like it should go to trash, not out mouth.
Terrible service. Don’t come here, go to CoCo nearby
Very pleasant experience! They gave me buy one get one free and very tasty bubble tea. I love that they asked me how much sugar I want when no other bubble tea place does.
Deadass messed my order up 3 times
Absolutely disgusting in here. Smells like dirty mop water and filth everywhere. 🤮 should be shut down
It's a pity that there are no 0 stars. A female employee is uneducated and puts on a face that won't be ignored. I don't know how Gongcha recruits such a person.
I had the pumpkin slush

Gong Cha at Skyview Mall is a haven for bubble tea enthusiasts, offering a delightful array of flavors that cater to every palate. Upon my visit, I savored their refreshing Yogurt Tea, a unique choice that blended tangy yogurt with the subtle sweetness of tea impeccably. However, the Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Js stole the show with its aromatic Earl Grey base, creamy milk, and the delightful addition of chewy pearls, grass jelly, and pudding—truly a flavor explosion!
The ambiance at Gong Cha is inviting, with ample seating that invites guests to linger and enjoy their drinks in comfort. Located conveniently in Skyview Mall, it's an accessible spot whether you're shopping or simply craving a refreshing pick-me-up.
Another standout is their Milk Foam Green Tea, a testament to Gong Cha's mastery in balancing creamy milk foam with the earthy notes of green tea, creating a harmonious sip every time.
For bubble tea lovers, Gong Cha at Skyview Mall is a must-visit. With its diverse menu, cozy setting, and prime location, it promises a delightful experience that will leave you eager to return for more. Don't miss out on this gem of a tea spot!
The tea has a very strong taste, with tea stains and leaves. The first sip is sweet, and the way to make it is to take a cup of tea and add some juice or jam. I don’t know. This is the worst cup of tea I have ever tasted! ! !

Server was very hostile and stated apathetically at us when we were giving our order for a prolonged period of time. He seemed unenthusiastic about his job and did not pass the vibe check. Smiling would help.Drinks were decent but the menu was unclear with whether drinks came with pearls.Watch out for David!

I’m not big on spending over $7 for a BUBBLE TEA, not unless it involves wine or bourbon.I bought my lunch from the supermarket next door for $7.62 and walked in here. Asked the staff “Is it okay to eat my meal here if I purchased a drink?” A polite nod implied YES ??Went with a recommendation from the cashier to try the TOP 10 on list. Passion green tea with pearls & coconut jelly. ??Drink came out super fast in under 60 seconds ??. Faster than my cycling ??♂️ sprint.I’m so pleased that I found a place where I can dine and enjoy a sweet drink. The venue is peaceful and the service is impeccable ??
