Upon arrival you're greeted with the traditional pizza shop vibe. Lot of deliveries going out nonstop but not many customers dining in. Service was prompt and to the point. The pizza on the other hand was mediocre. Still worth the trip to go out and try it out for yourselves. One point that I've been observing lately with many pizzeria's is that the size of the large pie is about 16 inches. Maybe I'm wrong but I recall large pies were always 18 inches growing up. Oh how times have changed.

I've been going here since the late seventies and the pizzeria food is still great. (This isn't about the restaurant) The experience though, left a lot to be desired. Granted, it is across the street from a middle school and I had the misfortune of going with my elderly mother after school let out. I understand who their main clientele is, but they have let it run amok and allow 13 year olds to panhandle and push things into customers faces, curse out customers as well as their own friends, hang out for a ridiculously long time without buying anything. Honestly, I'm not sure which part is sadder: that kids in a "good neighborhood" are such trash or that the staff of Graziella's has such a poor handle on maintaining their business. I get that it is a pizzeria, but i also grew up in the area and know what it was like for a 13 year old. I may come back, but not without checking the time first.

The pizzeria still has by far the best pizza. My oehr favorite menu item was their garlic knots. Used tobe so delicious you could help but eat a ton. My last 3 orders have been dry and not so fluffy and chewy. No more knows for me.I gave it 4 stars because pizza is still great but only thing I would orderThe heros are nothing to get excited about or the rolls.

Tastiest pizza; my husband likes to call it “heaven on a slice.” We like to come here Friday’s after work to get slices. Graziella‘s, whatever you are doing, please don’t change, because I have never had pizza this good, even when I was in Italy.

I’m honestly a big fan and supportive customer of this pizzeria, they use quality ingredients and never have given me a bad experience. That is up until the last two previous times I’ve ordered from this restaurant. It seems whoever ever is in the kitchen handling the pies and putting them inside of their pizza boxes doesn’t understand math and measurements. On two separated occasions I ordered a pie and upon receiving it through delivery and opening up the box I am faced with a folded, bent, mishandled looking pizza pie. Which is a shame because the pizza itself is not bad and is quite tasty. I provided photos to show you that they are making pies roughly 20 inches and then shoving or cramming them inside of a 16 inch pizza box. Either that or they place the pie inside of the box when it’s still flattened and assemble it with the hot pizza pie inside. Causing the crusts of every slice to be bent over and just causes a very unpleasant experience to handle and eat the food as well as a ugly pie to look at.
