Terrible customer service, I entered with my family and since no one attended me politely, we sat down and were comfortable until an uneducated waiter arrived and instead of offering us service and the house menu he tried to relocate us with an arrogant attitude, in a good way he I knew how to explain that we were comfortable and if we could stay there, but he didn't care and continued with his attitude and now I understand why the restaurant was empty.Psdta: Customer service is paramount, hire educated staff!!!

Not recommended, the service was disastrous and an arrogant attitude!! The restaurant was empty, my family and I wanted to sit where we could watch the game and one of the waiters told us that we couldn't sit there, I told him that because it was empty and with a arrogant attitude he told me no and apparently he has no education I think that attention is very important but apparently the company is not interested in that!!! I do not recommend an arrogant and negative attitude ??

I ordered a mixed ceviche through DoorDash, but I received a “mixed onion” and they never took the time to call and tell me if they could exchange it for that or just cancel it. They should take the time to call & also the time to put out the dishes that are out of stock.
Don't order rice with shrimp, it's super bad, it doesn't taste like anything like the one from Ecuador.
