I’m not usually one to make reviews, but I felt I had to. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and the employees are always very kind. I recently went and ate with my family, we found tiny roaches crawling on the tables. I even saw a big one crawling on the wall by the register. The employees try to hide it but you can tell that they’re trying to kill them. The food here is great and the service is amazing but I’d prefer not to be sharing my dinner with cockroaches.

I love the food, but recently placed an order where I asked if the fries could be put on the side instead of underneath all the meat. I was refused. When I asked why, the girl said she didn't know, only that the owner won't allow it. The owner won't allow you to put the fries in a separate bag? Really??? I don't like to be told, "no," especially for such a simple request. There is no shortage of Greek restaurants in the the area, so I will vote with my dollars by taking my business elsewhere just on principal. It's too bad too because I've been ordering from here for years.

It is really exhausting how these people who run this business on Fresh Pond Rd Ridgewood, a man and a woman who claim to be managers and the man claims to be the owner, also serve in a disgusting manner. The woman never pays attention when taking the order and what she does is ask if we want what is in the history instead of listening to what is being ordered. It was not the first time, on November 8th around 9:00pm he was ordered two plates of mixed Lamb and Beef with chicken, with 6 bred pitas and a hamburger on the side and the order was very well specified and he sent it. Whatever he wanted, one of my children was left without dinner thanks to their disastrous service, I only sent 1 dish, the hamburger and the 6 pitas, I called immediately and they never chose to pick up the phone knowing that they are delivering and there may be failures in their order; 3 weeks ago I didn't even want to accept card payment because the owner said she was busy and told me to hurry up because there was also a lot of noise, extra things are ordered even though we pay for everything we ordered and she never sends them, a real disgusting person serving in a very bad way
Today my son ordered a dish and a chicken soup, the soup was just broth and nonsense, he called immediately to see if they could change the soup and the man made him talk badly, very badly, calling him crazy to shut up and say It was not true, which my son told him because he spoke so badly to him and he asked to speak to the owner and he rudely told him that he was the owner and they would never call again to buy anything at all. I wanted to intervene by telling him that I am his mother and the man. He only repeated the same thing to me that we should not call because he is the owner and that we should stop calling because they were never going to sell us anything just for wanting an explanation of the order. THOSE TWO PEOPLE ARE REALLY DISGUSTING The only thing they are doing It is bankrupting that business by treating customers badly for years, shouting at them to be the owners and to never buy again.
We know the owner, a very nice and kind boy who is always with us and very respectful. We have been customers for years and what a shame that because of nefarious people, the owner loses his effort.

I recently tried the beef and lamb gyro at Gyro World in Flushing, and it was fantastic! The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in a soft, fresh pita with just the right amount of veggies and tzatziki. It’s a great spot for authentic gyro lovers, and the portions are generous. Definitely recommend for anyone craving a quality gyro in Flushing!

My wife got food poison I give them so many chances many times I try to not complain these people not worth even one star food is taste old they sale garbage beware of what you eating from that place they are nightmare even if you call them to tell them please don’t do any mistakes no more they don’t even let you talk . This is the last time I order from them place is filthy for 100% gyro world should be closed and owner should never get license for any business he’s careless so his place too he deserve a big lesson from health department

Loved this spot! The food here was flavorful and amazing. Sat outdoors on a sunny day and they have plenty of seating covered in shade. Portions were large and filling. The lunchbox was good, I had the beef and lamb gyro and it was tender and flavorful. Salad was also good and loved the dolma.

The food is pretty good but I find the whole experience to be pretty expensive for 2 Beef/Lamb sandwich, 1 Greek Salad and 1 Snapple drink to be above $50 at a local Pizza/ Gyro shop.
