I love the food, but recently placed an order where I asked if the fries could be put on the side instead of underneath all the meat. I was refused. When I asked why, the girl said she didn't know, only that the owner won't allow it. The owner won't allow you to put the fries in a separate bag? Really??? I don't like to be told, "no," especially for such a simple request. There is no shortage of Greek restaurants in the the area, so I will vote...
I recently tried the beef and lamb gyro at Gyro World in Flushing, and it was fantastic! The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in a soft, fresh pita with just the right amount of veggies and tzatziki. It’s a great spot for authentic gyro lovers, and the portions are generous. Definitely recommend for anyone craving a quality gyro in Flushing!
Loved this spot! The food here was flavorful and amazing. Sat outdoors on a sunny day and they have plenty of seating covered in shade. Portions were large and filling. The lunchbox was good, I had the beef and lamb gyro and it was tender and flavorful. Salad was also good and loved the dolma.
