I had the Veggie Burger that I enjoyed. I also had the Butter Pecan milkshake that was very good.

Great flavors! Neighborhood staple. Great food for a takeout night meal. Staff is great!

I ordered the carne asada fries. Normally this is so so so good. This time I was so very disappointed. I did not get carne asada. I got carne molida. On top of that there was hardly any cheese or anything on them for that matter. They are usually smothered in goodness. They were dry. Also, I ordered a couple boxes of carne asada tacos. They also came as carne molida. Luckily my husband liked his tacos de pollo and the jalapeño wrapped bacon was very delicious. I look forward to writing a great review next time I am there otherwise I won't be visiting again.

The final stop on our 2023 Birria Passport for my partner and I! We stopped in on a Sunday evening, and walked into a restaurant full of smoke. Not sure if they'd just had a fire or something burned, but we were shocked to step into a cloud of smoke and condensation on all the windows. The decor and ambiance leaves much to be desired and wasn't the cleanest, but this can be overlooked for good food. Service was a bit odd - at the counter, the two workers were bantering while we tried to order and I had to repeat my order back three times to make sure it was right. We ordered one of each kind of taco and meat, and my partner got a burger. The burger? DIVINE. And unique, and flavorful. Like seriously, come here for that alone! Their fries were surprisingly good as well. Their birria didn't blow me away like other MN spots, and we didn't get consomme since we only got two birria tacos, but still very good. I loved their Al Pastor! Their carne asada tasted more like ground hamburger than steak, and I wasn't blown away by the carnitas. I wish there was a bit more on the tacos for $4.50 a pop. Their salsa lineup is self serve which I love and great variety of flavors! TLDR: UNREAL burger, great al pastor, great salsas, mediocre ambiance and service. Next time, I'd take a burger and a few tacos to go!

They got rid of the ONLY kids item on the menu, the quesadilla. we order 2-5 times a month for our family and now will have to take our business elsewhere. super bummed!

Highly Recommend. I have eaten here several times. I love the streak tacos. I live near by but have often times picked up food on the way home or through delivery service. Food is always fresh and hot. They always put sauces on the side- which I love since I have a weak palette with heat. There are alot of menu options, and a tasty horchata that hits the spot. It defiantly lives up to the hype. They have minimal space there to sit and eat but most people are picking up food and not planing to dine in. Def recommend.

We just moved to this neighborhood and really enjoyed our stop here. We got the Hawianna burger and the Los Mochis Dogo and the esquite (and of course some Jarritos). The hamburger was excellent - flavorful and classic. The hot dog was good but the actual hot dog was small for the amount of toppings. I wouldn't decrease the toppings but maybe also needs a bigger hot dog. We forgot to add hot sauce and that would have helped too. Fries were soo good. Overall we really enjoyed!

Seemed like the beef was a frozen patty. It was very thin and not good. Didn't even eat my meal. Fries were very basic.

Best tacos in Minneapolis. Customer service is fabulous. Always on time food is hot. Best hamburgers around. Hot juicy and most of all delicious. If I didn't worry about getting heavier than I already am, I would eat there every day.

Burgers are outrageously good, and you will not leave hungry. Service is quick and consistent. If you've never had Mexican burger this is a must.

Yum!!! This was my first time at hamburguesas and I loved it!! They have an awesome salsa bar with salsa verde, pick de gallo, and a variety of spice levels. The restaurant is a small place with counter service. I stopped in with my friends after hanging out at lake nokomis. Loved everything I tried from the fries to the el gordo burger (ham, avocado, onions, jalapeños, cheese...) the quesobirria looks wonderful and the nortenos with asada was delicious too!! They also have horchata and pineapple juice!! This was a beautiful and very flavorful meal!!

I went there for the first time today, after several people had told me how good they were. There was lots on the menu that I wanted to try, but I went with the Del Gordo Jr burger and a Classic Chicken Taco, plus a Jarritos to drink. Everything was great. The chicken in the taco was juicy and tender. The burger was very good and had so many toppings (mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, ham, bacon, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, avocado, pickle peppers, ketchup and mustard)The price was great too, my total cost was a little over $10. I'll be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

One of the top places for a burger in South Minneapolis. Regular Del Gordo comes w/ the fixins including avocado and roasted jalapeno - so good! For $3 or $3.50 you can get a big bag of fries on the side which is enough for two people. Friendly service & wide variety of options on the menu if you're in the mood for a burger or tacos.

Solid authentic Mexican food. Burritos are huge. Also love the fact that they're vegan friendly..
