A great variety of Korean food and homemade ginger drink that I looooove. Their beef summer roll is so good. Comes with spicy sauce.

Not to mention unfriendly... it's really unfriendly. Be sure to go and experience it.My dad is diabetic and his hands and feet feel hot as if on fire after eating because of how much sugar they put in the food... Hygiene is a mess...

Be careful with your food. There are rumors that many people have suffered from sugar shock. When I told her that the food was sweet, the woman working there pointed at my wife and almost swore at her. And that in front of my child...It's amazing. The store is going to do well.I think the boss himself is a terrible person.

It seems like they study how to make people feel bad before treating their customers. The food is covered in sugar and seasoning, and the hygiene of the store is poor. There are mountains of trash boxes next to it, and the cabbage is rotting.Very unfriendly.. Amazing.

All the good reviews here are lies. Just looking at it, they posted it. There's even an advertisement for a 50% sale in the review...A very cheap store heavily armed with unfriendliness. I'd rather eat Jinga while vomiting at H Mart, which is famous for its lack of taste. It's never coming again. Screw it.

The cashier is very rude and racist if you're not Korean. Her face is like someone who owed her a lot of money. Just an opposite attitude with Korean people. After 7 PM supposed everything will be half price but when we buy some beef rolls and sushi she said not half price anymore. But I didn't hear she say this to Korean people. Very racist store and very disappointing to this store. Sucks!!

Best kimchi in NYC. My daughter also loves the Jjapchae and other banchan dishes
Terrible raw food gave stomach ache and the rice was not even cooked such a shame DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! And the owner daughter is very rude and puts her pride before business very funny!

Right on the corner of Northern & 149th, they have a small parking lot (emphasis on the SMALL). Great place to stop by for a quick meal/snack. They have a huge variety of banchan (side dishes) that range from kimchi, pickled veggies, korean style fritters, fried chicken & spring rolls. They also have packed lunches that range in size & protein choices as well. The main reason I go though, is for the fresh rice cake! Their rice cakes are always made the same day they sell! So regardless of when you stop by you can rest assured youre getting fresh soft chewy rice cake! **BTW they have a few locations - a mini one inside hanyang & a larger storefront on 162nd street!

What can I say.. discovering hansol was one of the best things that happened in my life as a Korean expat living in NYC the last couple years. Thanks to jaeki cho who's been endorsing and introducing all of the amazing places in queens for us.Their kimchi is so good, and one of the rarer places that sells things like chive kimchi, which are all house made. Their banchans (side dishes) are.quite amazing and affordable. I love this place with all my heart and can't wait to visit every three weeks or so.

Great place to get authentic packaged Korean food and banchans! I love their kimchi, good hint of spice. The bento box has a variety of stuff, I usually get the bulgogi. They also have korean sweets and snacks as well.Price- $$ (moderate)They accept cash and CC
