Had a horrific experience here. We had an 8:45 PM reservation for 10 people. The restaurant took our credit card to “secure our table” and if we cancelled our reservation, the card would have been charged. We arrived only to find out that there was no table available (despite having a reservation that was held with a credit card). We were finally seated at 9:30 PM with zero apology from the manager. We weren’t served water and didn’t have enough menus at our table. Our waitress finally came around at 10:00 PM to take our order, at which point we found out that several of the menu items were sold out (including sushi). Overall horrible experience. Will not be back here again.

I've been going to Hapisga for about 30 years. The one word I would use to describe it is consistent. The food has been consistently good over the years.

I had the hot appertizer Humus with Mixed Chicken, it came with freash hot pita. My friend had Shnitzel with side of rice with white beans. Both of us had an enjoyable and fullfilling dinner.

at 7 PM with a reservation. The ambiance was nice, and the food was tasty once we finally received it. However, the service was extremely slow. We waited 30 minutes before the waiter took a small order, and it took two hours before we could place our main order. The waiter seemed overwhelmed, managing six other tables, and when we finally ordered, we were told they were too busy to provide timely service. Despite this, a $93 service charge was added to our bill, which I found unacceptable given the level of service. This experience made what should have been an enjoyable evening into a frustrating one. I hope others have a better experience, but I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my visit."

$192 for 5 dishes, one being chicken nuggets and fries. Salad had no dressing and the meat was bland. It's overpriced food because it's kosher. For that price, I expected better food.

Used to be one of my favorite.
2nd time in a row of the worst service (waiters are trying, but seems that the kitchen staff just doesn't care).

I doubt it if I'll ever go there again.
