The delivery man is rude and does ask for tip at his own pleasure I wish I would have checked the reviews earlier.

The food is fine, depending on how long your delivery takes might be a bit cold. However the service here is absolutely TERRIBLE. The delivery man is so rude and after talking to you rudely he expects a 30% tip. He asked me to give him a $10 tip for a $30 order. Before I even got my food he said “Give me $10 tip” I said I don’t have that much cash and you’re not supposed to be asking me for how much tip you want. This man started to argue with me I should have gave $0 tip but I am never ordering from here again because they should not be allowing their employees who work with customers to be speaking to customers like that.
P.S. I usually never leave reviews unless they’re kind but this genuinely made me upset.

I ordered lunch special for chicken cabbage with Lo mein noodle garlic sauce. I was very disappointed with the food once I got home and tried to eat it. The noodles looked overcooked and it seemed like they gave me pieces and bits of leftover chicken from another order because the amount of chicken was extremely little compared to what I used to order.
The most disappointing part is that the food was so bland and had no flavor whatsoever. I decided to give a call and asked about it nicely. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She raised her voice from the beginning while yelling it was my fault that I asked for garlic sauce. I was patiently listening but she continued to yell with attitude without even saying sorry. I tried to tell her nicely again that she should have given me a clear explanation about the sauce but she kept going on and on. That was when I had to defend myself. She then hung up on me.
After been going here for almost a decade, it’s time I look for a new Chinese restaurant. There are soooo many Chinese restaurants opening up in the area and I won’t be missing this place. Not with this type of rudeness and bad service.
*I would give no star if I could.

Disastrous experience ! Wanted to try their lobster Lo Mein, turns out some old smelly frozen baby prawns in the noodles which was definitely lacking flavour and salt! We asked for softer broccoli as my wife has gum issues and can’t eat crunchy stuff. Yeah, you guessed it, they didn’t make it softer. Moreover, they forgot to add the garlic sauce she asked for in the chicken too. Please go one block down to the other Chinese spot. Would never be back nor recommend anyone. MANAGEMENT please value people’s hard earned money and offer quality ?

Horrible, The inside looks nasty so is the food. I'm here visiting from Atlanta and wanted to try New York Chinese food because I heard it was good. I ordered the organelles chicken for my son and crab ragoons for my daughter. The orange chicken had orange slices in it and no favor. The ragoons was ok.

I ordered roast pork with extra sauce. They delivered roast pork with no sauce. I called to let them know what happened. They insisted that there is extra sauce. I'm not blind. So I'm a liar! I no longer order food from there. My bank refunded my money.

In recent months I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but the food has arrived with a lot of oil, and so much that even one gets sick and loses hunger. When they are told by phone or in person to add little or no oil, they don't do it and they lose the desire to return to this place. I liked the food here but you should keep in mind that they not only sell food, but it must be fresh, with good flavor and good presentation!
We are not money that comes to the restaurant, we are people who buy food in this place or in the area.
Please, the owner of the place, pay attention to your customers and their reviews. Thank you.

Second time that I’ve found hair in my food & a roach as well . They are willing to send you a new order but to be honest they respond with attitude when explaining the situation.

This you to be a good take out place. But the last times I ordered here was a complete disappointment.
The food quality has decreased notably and the portions have changed.
Every restaurant offers 4 chicken wings in an order. but this place just slice 3 wings in the middle and throw it on top of your rice hoping you don't notice. cheep stuff like this have drive me away from this restaurant but if you really like Chinese food the right way and generous portions try Keilly Restaurant at Whitepoint Shopping Center.
This place used to be good, but in my last few orders I noticed the change in the quality of the food and the quantity is different.
In every restaurant, an order of chicken wings serves you 4. but here they cut 3 wings in half and throw them on your plate.
Things like this led me to look for new alternatives and if you want good Chinese food in the right way, Keilly Pie Restaurant in Whitepoint Shopping Center.
My favorite spot!!
I recommend it
