Wife and family went the other day. She ordered an omelette, and as soon as she put the first piece in her mouth, a piece of hair came out — absolutely disgusting. I told them right away, and they made a new one, but that one wasn’t even made right either. The manager was right there when I asked for the replacement and didn’t bother to apologize or offer to take it off the bill.
To make it worse, the waitress stared me down the whole time I was paying, clearly watching to see if I’d leave a tip after all that. Really? That’s the kind of service you get here? I get it’s not all her fault, but that attitude was completely uncalled for. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been to this IHOP before, and I have to say — the service has improved a lot since a few years back. This time everything was excellent from start to finish. We went on a Sunday for brunch, and even though the place was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant looked clean and well-organized; you can even see the kitchen as soon as you walk in, and everything was running smoothly.
Our server was kind, attentive, and respectful — she really stayed on top of everything. The manager was also visible on the floor helping out and making sure customers were taken care of, which shows great leadership and teamwork.
The food came out quickly, fresh, and hot — perfectly cooked pancakes, crispy hash browns, and great breakfast combos. Prices were reasonable, and I liked that they don’t automatically include the tip for parties under six, so we could tip extra for the great service.
Overall, we had a great family brunch — good food, friendly staff, and easy parking. Definitely one of the better IHOP experiences we’ve had!

Top notch service and wait time is less then 15min to be seated, plus once you order, you'll get your food within 15min fully cooked!
