Ignored, had to ask for someone to take my order. I order a classic Mangu, dominican breakfast. (Mashed green plantains, eggs, salami, onions, fried cheese) However, mangu didn't seem freshly made. It was chewy, like a paste. My guess is made from a box or mixed with something for mass production. I just like my typical mangu. ??
