The best pupusas in NYC
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I tried to visit with my service dog, who I need for medical reasons, and was outright refused service. My dog was clearly wearing his service vest, but they wouldn’t even let me explain. Instead, they rudely interrupted, claiming, “by law they do not allow dogs,” which is absolutely false. Service dogs are protected by law, yet this restaurant was either completely uninformed or just didn’t care. Their disregard for basic accessibility rights is appalling. If you need a service dog or care about places that treat people with respect, don’t waste your time here.

The pupusas are excellent here! We ordered revuelta, chicharròn, frijol con queso, queso con loroco, and chipilin con queso pupusas. They were hot and very, very good. The tostones are also excellent. Definitely go here for excellent pupusas! You will be happy you did.

Small place serving good Salvadorean food. Stop by here maybe once every other week to pick up some pupusas for lunch. I would recommend going for three, they are a little small so you can definitely eat more than one if that is going to be your lunch.

Muy buena comida y buen servicio
The place is small, it fills up very quickly but the food is good. The only thing that surprised me was the tip percentage for a very popular place among Hispanics. I think it's too much unless the food rewards it, but it's a highly recommended family place.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is not so complicated for people with wheelchairs.

There was a hair deep fried into my food. Super gross and I was unable to finish my food or get a refund from UberEats.

Wanted to try their pupusas, and I was disappointed at the quality, they fell apart while trying to cut them. My husband ordered a plate that comes with steak/rice/sweet plantain/eggs/avocado, the steak was too dry and food overall was too salty. We had the horchata (drink) this was good. Service was ok. Hard to find parking. They take your order and pass you the bill. That’s it. They won’t check in you.

The food is bad and that's not to mention that when I order delivery I always miss something or they send what is not, for the m3nu prices the food should be better.

We love this place! Food is great. These papusas are fantastic - eat them while they're hot! Soups are terrific too. Something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable.
