The rice rolls are freshly made to order, and the staff are incredibly friendly and full of positive energy. I wouldn’t really recommend the ones with hot dog/processed ham inside — the plain shrimp or beef options taste much better.

Incredibly slow, 15-20 mins turned into 50+ minutes
Edit: came back on a sunday, ordered at 9.50 and they haven’t started in the order after 10 minutes. When i asked if it would be done soon, the guy said “马上就准备了” (will start on it immediately, not even almost done). They did not start on it and i asked for a refund.

Pretty yummy. Thin layers. Cashier recommended the pork roll
Pretty soft and chewy! Great texture, and you can choose what additional toppings you want in it
- Shrimp rice roll: 9/10, flavorful and good amount of shrimp
*Note: Wanna get the signature next time

I originally wanted to have Jianbing Guozhi (a type of Chinese crepe), but unfortunately, they were sold out. However, the grilled cold noodles were also very delicious. Overall, the experience was quite good. The lady at the front desk was very patient, and communication was smooth. I would come again if needed. The only drawback was that the rice noodle rolls took a bit long to prepare. I think it's best to avoid peak hours.

My favorite is the pork rice noodle rolls. Even during peak hours, there's no need to wait. The staff at the counter are patient and helpful. I order this every time I come to New York.

I'm so sad, I love this place but they took the Jian Bing off their menu 😭, that was my favorite item, I guess they couldn't find anyone to make it. I used to get Jian Bing with crab meat all the time for the past several years it makes me so sad that they no longer have it on their menu.
But glad to see they're doing well in their new location

Don't trust them when they say it's a 30 min wait, we waited 1 hr for a single order of rice rolls (I saw some guy donate his ticket because he couldn't wait anymore). Cashier lady is INCREDIBLY mean and aggressive and yells at you. Actual rice rolls are actually pretty good but not worth this hassle

We got a pork steam roll with veggies and their sauces on the side. No flavor to the rolls combined with the long wait time made this experience even more frustrating. I waited 40 minutes for my order considering the line was not long. Consider getting better options in Chinatown in manhattan or another stall all together.

they charge $5 for a small size rice roll for that it's located in a mall. That makes sense. If you haven't tried it, worth a try in my opinion.
