Everytime we've ordered through UberEats, they've gotten the order wrong. We'll order egg sandwiches on bagels with specific paid-for add-ons, and get the sandwiches as platters with NO bagel. Additionally, the platters are not packaged in the bags correctly. Everytime we've ordered platters (or gotten them as a wrong order), they arrive in the bag ON THEIR SIDE. Why would anyone pack wet food ON ITS SIDE as opposed to flat in the container and then in the bag!? Its honestly intentional neglect OR lack of common sense. I mean, cmon. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that every time we've gotten garlic bagels, they are delicious! The lack of consistency with this place is really sad. Decided to order from My Three Sons from now on. They're further out and more expensive but their orders come perfectly packaged and delicious!

They put chicken in my grilled vegetables sandwich, after I asked them to make sure it’s a vegetarian sandwich.The bagels were good and the cream cheese was delicious.

The bagels were of high quality and a good price. However if you order Uber Eats and it is quoting 30-45 minutes expect this to be double as the location took ages to prepare the order for the driver.

Great selection for food! However please train the baristas better. I ordered a HOT latte but they didn’t steam the milk? Hot espresso + cold milk = an iced latte without the ice… I didn’t Initially complain about it due to the obvious lack of training, clearly wasn’t the kids fault. However not everyone will walk with the mistake.

I ordered for the first time from this place off of Uber Eats. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich. How do you forget the cheese? I have no clue. The sandwich was dry and was missing my added on Avocado. I will not be ordering from this place again. The customer service is terrible.

Check your order before Leaving the store.The help doesn’t pay attention to your orders.I asked for pumpernickel bagels and she gives me Poppy bagels?Not good for your business if the help keeps screwing up the orders.

This place is absolutely disgusting and their “customer service” is appalling. Ordered gluten free bagels, paid the extra premium for it for them just for them to send regular bagels. I have a child with a gluten allergy who could of been in the hospital due to their negligence but thank god I double check everything and when I call all they can say is not my problem. Excuse me?? Disgusting business, disgusting workers and disgusting food. Don’t ever go here. Theyre worse than scum. Covid should of taken them down.

I actually think the cream cheese here was extra good. Tastes fresh. Very creamy, sweet, almost whipped. I got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. And it was a 9. Bagel was cold, not hard, but maybe that’s bc I drove 15 minutes to a park to eat it. They have cookies here too. Wife got a blt with extra bacon, not knowing they give super fat bacon. So she only got through half.

Ordered from here twice. First time I ordered an avocado toast and the avocado was super hard. Second time I ordered on Uber eats. 4 onion rolls and the same avocado toast, I specified no hard avocado. And what do I get? A hard avocado again. And I got 2 breads that were not even onion rolls. Missing food and bad quality ingredients. I do not recommend this place. Bring your own avocados maybe. Last time buying food here.
