This place has become the worst deli in Queens. Prices change every time you go there, and the staff are useless. Stay clear of this once Great establishment, because it's a nightmare.

This place has unfortunately gone downhill the last couple of years. They used to make real bacon and real home fries and now they use pre cooked stuff that they just put in the microwave. There is a girl there that never listens when you order and makes you repeat yourself several times and still gets things wrong. The bagels are still pretty good and the prices have remained decent but the service and quality of food has declined.

Horrible. Ordered a greek omelette for $12 and it looked like they only used one egg and doused it with feta and onions. Also, the lox and cream cheese on a bagel felt like they used half a container of Philadelphia cream creese on it. Unbelievable. Try another breakfast place!

Everytime we've ordered through UberEats, they've gotten the order wrong. We'll order egg sandwiches on bagels with specific paid-for add-ons, and get the sandwiches as platters with NO bagel. Additionally, the platters are not packaged in the bags correctly. Everytime we've ordered platters (or gotten them as a wrong order), they arrive in the bag ON THEIR SIDE. Why would anyone pack wet food ON ITS SIDE as opposed to flat in the container and then in the bag!? Its honestly intentional neglect OR lack of common sense. I mean, cmon. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that every time we've gotten garlic bagels, they are delicious! The lack of consistency with this place is really sad. Decided to order from My Three Sons from now on. They're further out and more expensive but their orders come perfectly packaged and delicious!

They put chicken in my grilled vegetables sandwich, after I asked them to make sure it’s a vegetarian sandwich.The bagels were good and the cream cheese was delicious.

I used to order from here a lot! Yesterday I ordered a bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese. A few bites later, my throat starts closing up and I can't breathe. My lips swell shut and I can't talk. Then I went into anaphylactic shock. Definitely made with Nutella or some kind of nut product. Was in the ER all day
The best tuna I've had in a while! I get the tuna on a onion roll with Swiss and put it in the oven when it gets delivered. I also really love their refreshing peach & raspberry iced teas.

The bagels were of high quality and a good price. However if you order Uber Eats and it is quoting 30-45 minutes expect this to be double as the location took ages to prepare the order for the driver.

Great selection for food! However please train the baristas better. I ordered a HOT latte but they didn’t steam the milk? Hot espresso + cold milk = an iced latte without the ice… I didn’t Initially complain about it due to the obvious lack of training, clearly wasn’t the kids fault. However not everyone will walk with the mistake.

The bagels are ok. Service is good. Love that they have Rye bagels and Bialys. There is usually available street parking, which makes this local spot easy to access.
