My Cubana was made from scratch. My cubano weighs over a pound My coupon nestles on lightly grilled halves of a roll, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and avocado on the bottom, a thinly sliced, lightly battered pork chop in the middle, juicy sausages, bits of bacon and pickled jalapeños, an omelette with chopped up beef, thin slices of ham, and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese melted on top. I'm pretty sure there were other flavors in the sandwich that I missed, because each layer was a revelation. This thing is HUGE - share with a friend or treat yourself to two solid meals. Highly recommend!

Amazing, ahem, "late night" food. I've had the tortas (Puma, and steak and onions with cheese) at the original storefront and now the truck. The sandwiches are gigantic and can feed 3 to 4. Bonus: they reheat very well.

Great food. Fills you up but the meat is not salted enough. Soft meat needs a little bit of extra salt. Also no choice of sauce, some mayo and hot sauce would have been great. But overall an experience we all need to have, size of a headd.
