The food is really good. The service needs attention as the wait staff appears to not follow up to make sure the patrons are doing ok. It appears that water needs to be requested. It would be great for the business if the staff follows up to encourage further sales. The annoying part is that they automatically include a 20% service fee to your bill.....so maybe there's no need to provide customer service. Perhaps they should have glasses/cups and provide water with that...
Ordered my dinner for takeout via Door Dash. The staff was very friendly and they kept my food warm while I was stuck in typical BQE traffic. The food was very good. Their kara-kare was very flavorful and the sauce was on point. The chicken inasal was also very tasty. Their pancit bihon was also delicious. They are definitely worth coming back to.
