I never had my Chirashi with fish cut into a cube size. Chirashi from other authentic Japanese restaurant was fresh fish choice from chief and it was always a piece of fish and not a cube. I felt like I was eating a poke bowl. Very disappointed! I did a take out order and called to placed an order ahead of time. However, my order was never placed and I have to wait for them to made it while I was there. Maybe because I ordered a $100 food and the restaurant worried I were not...
Great experience here, service was outstanding and generous and every piece I had was fantastic. I hope to be back soon. We had the early bird (4:30-5pm I believe) and it was awesome!
