Just today for the first time I tried food from this restaurant. It’s pretty popular in the neighborhood. I was amazed! The owners are very friendly and even know a little Spanish. The food was delicious and everything came out really fast. I ordered General Tso’s chicken with fried rice. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

CASH ONLY - this is my favorite no frills place to get quick well-rounded chinese-american food! THEY DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL!
kan wah has been in the neighborhood for a LONG time run by the same sweet husband and wife, we always order pick-up or delivery from them. i’m not chinese nor do i speak it, but it’s nice that they try to build conversation with you even though they’re busy.
my go to order is: chicken with mixed vegetables and garlic sauce over white rice, an egg drop soup, diet coke, and an egg roll!
expect some wait during peak lunch / dinner times as they tend to get a surge of call-in orders for pick-up / delivery.
there’s a couple seats inside, but this is a more grab and go place!
parking can be difficult here.

Really well structured restaurant, ordered over the phone and it was really cheaper than any other restaurant, The chicken with broccoli was delicious and has the right amount of flavor, less salt and it's healthier. The woman who takes the order is really friendly, and makes you feel welcome to the restaurant; please note that this restaurant only takes cash (Paper and Silver). Apart from that, The chicken with broccoli was flavorful and glossy. Would come back again!
Everything I ordered tasted delicious! I can’t believe I was not a customer before! The staff is super nice. I will be coming back! I strongly recommend. They have the best cheese wonton, pork fried rice, chicken wings and beef and broccoli I’ve had in years!
